All packages will be sent using our preferred Courier and our Preferred Rates; If you wish to use your courier service, a transaction fee of $35 will be added to the bill.
U.S.A. Our preferred service is UPS 3 day select. Other UPS Higher Priority Services are also available on the website for your choosing for your convenience.
WorldWide (outside USA & Canada) Our preferred service is UPS Worldwide Expedited (4-8 days). Other UPS Worldwide Services are available.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery by the courier.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive but are quite sure it is within 2-3 days normally for North America. Worldwide shipments are usually within the week. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
Larger items that come in crates on a skid and weigh more than a courier package may take longer and be shipped using a freight company.
General Info on SHIPPING
- All items will be shipped Via Courier (usually if under 50 pounds / 20kg. and mostly by UPS unless other arrangements have been made).
- Air Courier takes between 2-3 business days for delivery unless next day service is requested and paid for.
- Most orders take approximately 4 hours to process, and ship within 24 after processing.
- Please note this is processing time only and shipping time will need to be added on to this time. However, during busy times (holidays, COVID) processing time may increase to 3-7 business days to process.
- If you have any questions or concerns about shipping, please feel free to contact us.
- We cannot be responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged or tampered with packages after delivery. If you are having trouble locating your package please contact the carrier or contact us us for the tracking # if you do not have it already. We cannot replace lost or stolen packages after delivery. We provide delivery confirmation.
- Once an order is shipped, if you would like to return merchandise for a store credit/exchange you are responsible for the shipping costs both ways (Unless it was an error on our part)
- When shipping to an address provided by the customer, if the package is undeliverable and gets sent back to us, the customer is responsible for all shipping fees.
